Have one person burn the chips and just number them (they will keep track of what numbers match which chip), then someone else could test them. In fact you could circulate the chips to several shops (you guys, SGP, Greg Dupree, etc.) and have them tested in varying conditions. Even numbering them will not completely eliminate being able to identify a chip, I'm sure once you see the chip with a rich A/F, it will be pretty easy to pick it out as the JWT chip...but it still might be interesting.
